During the second quarter of 2025, the top travel and local apps in Uruguay showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Viatik: Viajes Compartidos experienced a significant surge in downloads towards the end of the quarter. After a period of fluctuating downloads, the app saw a remarkable increase, peaking at around 8.6K downloads in the last week of June.

Instabridge: WiFi Hotspot Map maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers hovering around 1K per week. Active users also remained relatively stable, reaching a high of approximately 14.4K in mid-May.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw steady download numbers, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 2K in the final week. Active users demonstrated a downward trend in the middle of the quarter but recovered to around 45.3K by the end of June.
